We’re delighted to welcome John Foster MBA DipFA to the Radcliffe & Co team as our new adviser!
John brings a wealth of experience as an independent financial adviser, combining strong technical knowledge with a thoughtful, client-centred approach. With an MBA and the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA), he is committed to helping clients build clarity and confidence in their financial future — creating strategic plans that truly work in the real world.
Before moving into financial services, John served in the British Army’s Rifles Regiment, where he developed the discipline, focus, and leadership that continue to shape his professional values today.

Outside of work, John is happiest outdoors. He’s a keen golfer and avid rugby and cricket fan, and never passes up an opportunity to get out on the water sailing. Family life is at the heart of who he is — a devoted family man to Alexis and their young daughter Imogen, often found on weekend adventures with their energetic fox red Labrador.
