Senior Paraplanner
The Role
Our Paraplanners support our advisers and integrate with Adviser Support teams. They’re expected to prepare suitability letters, reports and recommendations, and provide technical support to complex client queries.
You’ll be involved in fund and market research to assist with our report writing, and be able to analyse historic performance, charges, and suitability to collaborate with our advisers and find appropriate solutions for our clients.
It’s important to ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met and include any legislation updates within our reports. You’ll be working in a strong team and client-focused environment where you can develop your career within our established firm.
What do you need to be considered?
Suitable candidates need to have:
- A minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, equivalent, or working towards this qualification
- High level of analytical capability and good communication skills
What is desired but not a requirement?
- Chartered Financial Planner (Level 6 or above)
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided

Adviser Support
The Role
Our Adviser Support team assists our advisers to provide clients with a professional ongoing financial planning experience. Working closely with financial advisers, your responsibilities will be updating and maintaining our client database, new business and income request processing and application submissions. It’s important that all regulatory and compliance standards are met, ensuring all clients are treated fairly at all times, providing a friendly and personable service.
What do you need to be considered?
To be considered for this opportunity, you will:
- Be highly organised and thorough with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have the ability to work alone but also be a strong team player who is able to cope with multitasking and varying workloads
- Be computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft applications
- Have good attention to detail
What is desired but not essential?
- Previous experience working in a financial services organisation with knowledge of investment products, ISAs, Pensions, Bonds
- Experience of CRM systems
- Experience of Investment Platforms
- No qualifications required, but must be willing to work towards a regulatory qualification

Financial Adviser
The Role
Our financial advisers have experience in providing holistic financial planning. You’ll provide regulatory oversight, meet compliance requirements and work with our Paraplanning and Administration Support teams.
You’ll be a dynamic, organised, and thorough individual who can work individually and as part of a team. Due to Radcliffe & Co’s long-standing reputation, we’ve built strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, offering an excellent ongoing service. We expect our advisers to embed and develop these relationships further.
What do you need to be considered?
To be considered, candidates need to have:
