We are pleased to attach a quarterly update, that covers our current views, positioning and activity since the start of the year.
Whilst portfolios were slightly down over Q1, we held on to the majority of the strong gains we made last year and we have since seen a very strong rebound, with portfolios reaching new highs.
Performance since the start of the year has continued to be driven by a combination of stock picking and asset allocation (being underweight US for the first quarter and having a good allocation to UK, Asia, Gold and infrastructure) which has helped in relative terms.
We have also attached a guide which looks at investing during volatile times that should be helpful.
