Charlotte Rogers, our Protection Specialist, has won the Individual Protection Adviser of the Year 2025 award, in association with The Exeter.
This award highlights the brilliant work Lottie conducts, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and outcomes.
In Lottie’s own words:
“Wow. What a wonderful evening. I was proud to represent Radcliffe & Co as a shortlist for protection adviser of the year, but to win was totally unexpected. Nathaniel Lee and Rhys Schofield are incredible people to be up against and I’m sorry boys… maybe next year!! I had one goal and that was to ‘beat the boys’. I’m so proud of what women in protection achieve and utterly delighted to see Emma A win personality of the year”.
