Managing Director
Biog:
I joined Radcliffe’s in 1993 and was promoted to Sales Director in 2004, running the adviser team until 2010. I then became Managing Director and have been in this role since. My first job when I left school was to train as a Navigating Officer for Mobil Shipping, but due to the world wide recession in 1982 was made redundant. I then trained as an Inspector for Scottish Provident and subsequently moved to the other side and joined a Financial adviser firm in Eastleigh until I joined here.
About Me:
I enjoy most sports but at my age it’s now more watching rather than participating. I play golf, ski and enjoy travel and food.
Little Known Fact:
In 1987 along with two friends, we took turns to water ski around the Isle of Wight to raise funds for a cancer charity. The total we achieved was £5,000 and this took around 4 hours on an early August morning.
Finance Director
Biog:
I joined Radcliffes in 1988. I have seen the business go through many changes and have helped it to grow. I previously worked for Legal & General.
About Me:
I love being out on the water. I have spent many years sailing around the Solent with friends and colleagues. I bought a motor boat 5 years ago. I also enjoy walking and cycling and also have a passion for renovation which is pretty handy as I own a property that dates back to 1711.
Recently:
I have joined acquaintances and friends on many fund raising events. We have cycled and run and raised substantial amounts for very worthy local charities such as the Rose Road Association. Late last year I joined a close friend and my son to jump out of a plane at 14,000 feet – again in aid of a worthy local charity – PLANETS. (Not so sure I will do that again but a great experience and a lot of money raised!)

Biog:
I started working in the Financial Services Industry 40 years ago and began my career first as a dealer and then a stockbroker in the old Stock Exchange for 10 years. Following this I joined the Prudential Assurance as a financial consultant for 9 years. I then moved to The Royal Bank of Scotland working as a Corporate IFA before joining Radcliffe & Co in May 2003.

I am a keen golfer and enjoy watching rugby and cricket. I am a member of the MCC and any spare time is spent our garden.
Little Known Fact:
I enjoy entering exhibits in my local village & town flower and vegetable shows. So far I have managed to win best roses in show but still working on winning the Vegetable cup!
Office & HR Manager
Biog:
I joined Radcliffe & Co in 1989 and have been involved in all areas of the business. As Office and HR Manager, I am now responsible for the day to day running of the office as well as all staff matters. I also have duties with the Accounts department.
About Me:
I love spending time with my family, especially the grandchildren, and socialising with friends.

Biog:
I have been a Financial Adviser since 1994. I started my career with Friends Provident before joining Independently Financial which was merged with Radcliffe & Co in 2002. I am now part of the management team with responsibility for the investment committee and overseeing a small team of the advisers.
I look after a number of corporate pensions schemes and private clients, most of whom have now been clients for over 20 years.
About Me:
I spend most of my spare time with family and friends. I enjoy all sports. I have started running again when I get the opportunity but spending time with family and friends has always been a priority. I seem to have less time to play these days as family life gets more hectic, more challenging and so much more fun.
Little known fact:
My teenage years were spent competing for Bournemouth athletics club. My personal best for 400m is 48.2 sec.

I am a Chartered Financial Planner with over 17 years of industry experience. I joined Radcliffe & Co in 2012 and studied to become a Chartered Financial Planner and am now part of the management team. I started my career in 2006 working for Halifax South East Property Unit, after which I moved to Skandia (which later became Quilter) and conducted a number of roles which built a wealth of experience.
About Me:
I love socialising and spending time with my family and friends. My biggest passion is travel and I have been fortunate enough to visit lots of interesting destinations, with Japan being my favourite to date. I also enjoy getting outside, either for a run or a walk with my husband and dog, Peggy.
Little Known Fact:
I worked on the main stage at a “Vintage at Goodwood” music festival putting together the celebrities riders – there were lots of strange requests and I met lots of musicians including The Feeling, Sophie-Ellis Bextor, The Faces, The Buzzcocks, Sandie Shaw, Aswad, Alvin Stardust, The Noisettes and Earth Wind and Fire.

I am a big Saints fan as well as a keen golfer, currently a member of Stoneham Golf Club. I also enjoy spending lots of time with my black Labrador, Poppy and Pointer, Pablo.

I am a Trainee Independent Financial Adviser with over 10 years of industry experience. I joined Radcliffe & Co in 2015 as an administrator, after working at Old Mutual Wealth for many years within their customer service department. During my time at Radcliffe I have worked in both the admin and paraplanning departments, learning and developing in all aspects of the business alongside studying my Diploma in Financial Planning. I qualified in August 2021 and began my official training in 2023. I look after both personal and corporate clients and have a good understanding of Aviation pension schemes due to my time as an Aviation Client Coordinator. I am a member of our Investment Committee and I am currently studying towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.

I joined Radcliffe & Co in 2021 after working in London for 8 years as an Estate Agent. Having briefly worked at Radcliffe in 2012 for work experience, I have retrained and hold a diploma with the London Institute of Banking and Finance.

Biog:
I have over 42 years’ experience in Financial Services. I joined Radcliffe & Co in March 2003 (17 years to date) having previously worked for The Equitable Life since 1989 (14 years). Prior to that, I worked for Military Insurance Specialists, Wilsons, based in Salisbury, from 1980 (9 years) having gained initial experience with The Bradford and Bingley Building Society (2 years).
About Me:
I enjoy playing a little bit of golf, watching rugby and motor racing and classic cars.
Little Known Fact:
In 1958 I attended my very first Grand Prix. The Italian Grand Prix at Monza. This was in a Pram, so I didn’t see that much but according to my parents I was rather disturbed by the noise of the engines. Tony Brooks (GB) won the race in a Vanwall, followed by Mike Hawthorn (GB) in a Ferrari and third was Phil Hill (USA) in another Ferrari.
Mike Hawthorn went on to be World Champion that year followed by Stirling Moss.

In 1982 I was a consultant with Boyman King & Partners Ltd., then formed Harding King in 1987 based at Tidworth working primarily with the military. In 2005 we amalgamated the investment arm of the business with Radcliffe.

I enjoy keeping up my gym membership – weekly visits for general health, walking Millie our Labrador over old Sarum Rings and beyond! I also follow Rugby having previously played for Salisbury and Football; Arsenal from their European cup days!

I am a Financial Adviser with over 13 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. I joined Radcliffe & Co in 2011 and now form part of the investment committee with responsibilities of researching the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and more topically the Ethical Sustainable and Governance (ESG) market. I started my career in 2006 as a Financial Adviser with Foresters Friendly Society, before moving to Santander as a Mortgage Adviser.

I am married with 3 children, dog, cat, guinea pig, rabbit and fish. I am a keen cyclist and also enjoy watching my children compete in various sports over the weekend.

I predominantly look after high net worth clients, looking at complex financial planning as well as succession planning within families to mitigate inheritance tax. Previously, I spent over 20 years with NatWest and became a financial adviser with Equitable.
About Me:
I have been married for 26 years and have two children. We are all keen on sport and are a very competitive family. I have played hockey for Trojans at National League level for 12 years and still play for the Trojans Vets (over 40’s). I also coach hockey, and am very proud to have been the head coach in 2021 when the Trojans Boys under 14’s become the English National Champions. During the summer months I turn my hand to golf and I also enjoy watching cricket, especially the Ashes. I love to travel and one of my ambitions is to watch the Ashes in Australia, and hopefully we win…

In my 12 years of playing National League Hockey, over 450 games, I was the only outfield player in the squad not to score a goal (although I did play in defence!).

I live in Christchurch and love nothing more than taking my Jack Russell, Monty, on long beach walks admiring the beautiful south coast or into the New Forest followed by a nice pub lunch. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family and trying out the latest places to eat and drink in. My other passion is fundraising and so far I’ve raised almost £20,000 for Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity.

When I was 18, I thought it would be a good idea to learn to skydive (much to my parents dismay). By the age of 22 I had come to my senses and now prefer staying inside an aircraft to go on holiday!

Technology & Marketing Specialist | Team Leader
I joined Radcliffe & Co in March 2016 and have developed my roles over the years after working in various departments. I manage the internal technical systems and infrastructure, telecoms, equipment, various software requirements and bespoke applications. I am Technical Lead for IT and Marketing service requests and train staff on all IT and system processes. I maintain our website and manage our social media and Google Business channels, email marketing, marketing campaigns, advertising and sponsorship.
About Me:
I enjoy a range of sports; football, golf and racket sports especially. I like to watch live music whenever possible.
I run my own wellbeing business which focuses on managing stress and avoiding burnout, with the ultimate aim of suicide prevention.
Little Known Fact:
I ran the New Forest Marathon on World Suicide Prevention Day 2023, finishing 26th out of 703 runners in a time of 3 hours, 22 minutes; I was very proud of my time and managed to raise over £2,700 for Baton of Hope UK, a suicide prevention charity.

I joined Radcliffe & Co in 2007 as part of the Corporate Administration Team. I have now worked in Financial Services for over 30 years.
My first position was as an office junior in 1989 for a Mortgage Broker where I took several life and pensions exams and soon became a PA to the Financial Advisers. After which I joined Prudential Estate Agents, Halifax Estate Agents Financial Services, Standard Life and 3 other IFA Companies before joining Radcliffe’s.

I am married with 2 grown up children and 2 dogs. I enjoy attending Zumba dance classes and watching football. I volunteer at a local Church children’s club for children aged 5-11 on a Friday evening.

My time is spent providing information for appointments, processing new business also servicing existing clients. I help clients to resolve any matters they may have to a positive conclusion.
About Me:
I am a keen baker, making wedding/celebration cakes, I spend a lot of time raising monies for charity, including completing the 26 mile Moon Walk around London at midnight for Breast Cancer in a pink bra! I love to dance and was captain of a dance team, achieving medals for Ballroom/Latin dancing, which I reached Teacher Awards level before the love of skating and ice hockey took over.

I am a Paraplanner with 8 years’ experience in financial services. My career began as a Technician at Quilter before joining Radcliffe & Co in 2016 as a Personal Assistant. I have spent my time at Radcliffe’s progressing through various roles throughout the business whilst completing my Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

I joined Radcliffe & Co in May 2022 as an Office Junior. I hope to progress through the different levels of the company and eventually become a financial adviser. Before this, I was studying an IT Technical Support course in college but unfortunately the teacher fell ill after 2 months and never came back so I never got to complete it.
About Me:
Making music has been a huge part of my life. My current instrument is the Euphonium and I am currently in 2 brass bands. I custom built my own water-cooled computer and spend most of my free time playing games online with my friends.

I have worked in financial services for the last 30 years, with most of my time spent as administrative support to the advisers in a local firm in Romsey. This has given me an excellent insight into the advice process, and I have recently moved into report writing as this is an area in which I would like to progress.

I joined Radcliffe & Co in March 2016 after working for a Welding Company. I started in our Corporate Dept. and progressed on to Adviser Support which included looking after a few of our advisers day-to-day work and organisation. I am now in the Paraplanning team as a Report Writer and hope to become a Paraplanner once I have completed my diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. I have assisted in planning many client events and I am also the companies Fire Warden & First Aider!

I joined Radcliffe’s in December 2015 as part of the Corporate administration team. Previously my work experiences were at Capita and Friends Life specialising in Self Invested Personal Pensions and Portfolio management. I am now part of a dedicated team supporting employers in the running of their group investment and risk portfolios.

I especially enjoy watching Football, DIY and a spot of gardening. My 10 year daughter takes up much of my time. I want her to play for Arsenal ladies but she is more into dancing… strange.
Little known fact:
As a schoolboy I had football trials with both Southampton and West Ham. A team mate of my final Sunday League team invited his best mate Darren Anderton to come to the local park and watch the whole game from the muddy side line. As a current England International we were unable to encourage him to play for us.
