Whilst Coronavirus is still a concern, the health and wellbeing of both Radcliffe & Co clients and employees remain a priority.
Our office-based employees are, in the most part, now working in our Southampton Head Office and procedures have been introduced to reduce risk and to ensure that service is not disrupted.
We have protocols in place for any enquiries to be passed to another team member in the event that your key contact becomes ill and is unable to work.

The nature of our service may be variable due to the changing environment; Radcliffe & Co are determined to continue to provide a comprehensive and professional service to our clients throughout this period.
At Radcliffe & Co, both the advisory and administration teams are able to work remotely meaning that, in the event of an employee having to self-isolate, your adviser and/or administration support will be able to continue working from home.
We are encouraging clients to communicate electronically with us. This will reduce reliance on physical post and avoid potential processing and delivery delays by postal and courier services. Where possible we will share documentation electronically via the Radcliffe & Co secure client portal.
Although advisers are, where necessary, conducting face to face meetings, we are encouraging meetings to be conducted via online conferencing services, such as MS Teams.
Please be assured that we are keeping business as close to usual as possible. We continue to monitor the coronavirus situation and will stay in touch with developments as they occur.
